About me

My name is Heather Ratcliff. I am a web content and social media strategist advocating for human rights and social change.

I work with nonprofits and businesses that have a social mission; I’m passionate about helping them figure out how to get their message out.

I was a journalist for about 10 years. I wanted to write stories that people would notice and it would lead to change.

I’m fascinated by how best to help organizations reach their audience. As a former journalist, I think a great deal of this can be done through storytelling.

I have worked on website strategy and social media for a Museum, nonprofits, and small businesses. I’m also usually involved with a couple of volunteer projects online.

If you’re really curious and want to know more, I’m on LinkedIn. I like connecting so please feel free to reach out (just let me know why so I know you’re not spam:). I’m also on Twitter

Want to know more about me or what this blog is about? Read this post to find out just that.

I know it’s another click but I promise you won’t regret it. It’s much more than nuts and bolts.
